Botulax 300 Unit: Indications
(1) Treatment of benign essential blepharospasm in adults aged 18 and above.
(2) Temporary improvement of moderate to severe glabellar lines associated with corrugator muscle and/or procerus muscle activity in adults aged 18 to 65.
(3) Treatment of upper limb spasticity associated with stroke in adults aged 20 and above.
(4) Treatment of dynamic equinus foot deformity in pediatric patients aged 2 and above with cerebral palsy.
(5) Temporary improvement of moderate to severe lateral canthal lines (crow’s feet lines) associated with orbicularis oculi muscle activity in adults aged 19 to 65.
